Layla was now busy reading a book while she was sipping her coffee; Elysia was busy chitchatting with Nana as she confined the information about Michael to her. The more she knew, the more intrigued she became.
"He used to be a simple man with no schemes and tricks; an open book, someone you could read that easily…" Nana stated as she gestured with her hands to highlight the situation.
"I guess you know the relationship between him and Layla," Nana stated in a serious tone, alerting Elysia out of her reverie. She became a bit wary, not to mention that last night's passionate noises didn't help her at all.
"I think—"
"Sorry if I scared you. They are nothing but lovers who can't stand each other's absence." Nana cut her off, and it managed to calm her down a bit.
