Suddenly, Sehaliya's beautiful, soft pink face turned like a steel mask—hard, lifeless, dark.
"What did you say?" she asked coldly.
Arin felt things might take a wrong turn and tried to intervene but felt a tug on his shirt. He looked back to see Ragna was holding her, and with movement in her eyes, she requested Arin not to intervene in between the two.
Arin quickly thought in his mind and felt Ragna's act had a logic, and he stopped himself from interacting.
Aedric hung his head low and did not reply.
Ragna was speaking like a mechanical being, a robot. "You…. Were…. Telling…. Something, … your ancestor, … Ah'Duran Duvansheeru, … had done something … with the breach!"
Aedric did not raise his head and replied, "Yes!"
