The woman told Duan Gujin that her father was a guard for some official's family and had offended some untouchable people. Ultimately, her father was tragically killed, leaving them to wander the streets homeless, with the world as their dwelling.
Duan Gujin didn't believe a word the woman said.
"Heh, do you think I'm a fool?"
Duan Gujin guessed the woman probably didn't want to tell the truth in front of a stranger, which is understandable.
"You must believe what I am saying!" Yet, the woman kept insisting.
