All of this happened in my mind, but only a few seconds passed in the outside world.
**Jack:**

**Julie (bowing respectfully):**

**Jack (smiling inside):**
"I knew it would be someone who was foolish. Now see the first glimpse of my power."
Jack closed his eyes and softly said:

In the next moment, an oppressive pressure spread throughout the room as if the universe itself had caved in.
Hundreds of Saiyans fell to their knees. Some simply fainted.
**Jack (roaring):**
"Listen! "From now on, the Emperor of the Saiyan race is me—Jack!"
His voice echoed across Planet Vegeta. This change was ingrained in the blood of all Saiyans.
As Jack released the pressure, he caught sight of a Saiyan—who was still on his knees, but had not bowed.
**Jack (in his mind):**
"This must be Bardock. Extraordinary willpower... I need to know more."
Only four Saiyans were conscious in the room now—King Vegeta, Queen Vega, Bardock, and Gine.
**Jack:**
"King Vegeta, take the remaining warriors outside."
The four quickly obeyed the order.
**Jack:**
"System, show me the power levels of these four."
**[Ding]**

**All bowing together:**
"Yes, Emperor!"
**Jack:**
"Go, divide these Saiyans into five groups, and mold them in your own direction.
This Saiyan race will no longer be just warriors—it will now become the *greatest civilization* in the universe."
