When Theron had turned around and saw Silas passed out, he suddenly remembered that image from the dream where Silas's dead body was lying there.
Theron was terrified just remembering that, which is why he rushed to Silas.
And when he put down Velric and turned around, he saw those two ghosts were still sitting on the bed, and that too inside the barrier which was created by Theron's blood.
That was the main reason those ghosts couldn't come down from the bed.
Theron wanted to see Silas, to check if he was okay or not. But then he trusted Damon. Damon was with Silas, and nothing was going to happen.
And now his first priority was how to remove those ghosts who were sitting on the bed.
No one knew what those ghosts could do, how dangerous they were, or if they were weak. No one knew.
Still, Theron came back into the room and took a step toward the bed.
