"I heard Zyran returned to the company today," Rosita passed her cigarette to Ashley and her phone to Lucas. "It's all over the news."
Lucas read through the feed, "That means the thing about Clara losing her mind has to be real, 'cause why isn't Andreas refusing?"
Ashley puffed a smoke, going to peek at the phone, "Does that mean that Mila and Zyran have to work in the same environment. Seeing each other every day," she tapped the butt of the cigarette on the ashtray and sighed.
"I know it's inevitable, but what if they don't, like, agree over things or something?"
Rosita tutted, shaking her head. "Ash, I don't think that's what we should be thinking about right now, we need to have a party. You know, like a welcome party of some sort to show them that we care."
"A party?" Lucas asked, twisting his dreads with his fingers, "Isn't that a little weird, considering we haven't actually met for a while now? It's been two years."
