Both knights barely caught the sound of blades being unsheathed when an attack came at them the next second.
It was unexpected, quick for one to be unable to dodge or counter and deadly. Plunging into them and out at their backs, piercing through the most vital part of their bodies— the heartcore.
'This is for the greater good.' Tav convinced himself, doing his best to dampen the fact of what he'd just done. 'It's for NobleHouse Elmore!'
This was the boldest decision anyone would take, also the stupidest of course. However, that currently lay in the past now, the deed has been done and there was no changing that fact.
