"Each club has to be responsible for keeping their areas clean. We don't want the school covered in trash by the end of the day."
Howard's words received a collective nod of approval from Lariette, Nora and Mr. Eastwood. They were nearing the end of their meeting.
"Shall we summarize our points?" Lariette tapped her pen against her planner, "I think we can meet the students this week."
"Let's!"
The four teachers went through their discussion from the very beginning. The Sports Day was still one month away, but it was better to keep being ahead of schedule.
Distant and muffled chatters of the students echoed from the outside, coming from the students. Most of them were on their way home, while the others stayed for club activities.
"I think these cover the essentials," Howard commented once they were done, "If we have to, we'll make any last minute adjustments once we meet the students."
