He gave her a big smile and thumbs up, and she felt a fuzzy feeling in her eyes.
"Alright! I will be waiting for you on the stage to give first prize! See ya!"
"Wa- and he is gone."

Sakura, still sleepy, froze in her track as she saw Sarada's eyes.

She quickly asked her with concern, "Sarada! Did something happen!?"
Sakura is very concerned for Sarada.
While Sakura and Sasuke were exploring Kaguya's gravity dimension, she hadn't realised that she was pregnant, despite being a medical ninja.
Thankfully, she noticed it soon enough and they exited that dimension. But her pregnancy had become very complicated.
Sarada was born premature. Her own condition was very bad if not for Karin's help.
And Sarada has had various health complications since birth. Her eyes got damaged, she developed fever many times.
Thankfully, everything but her eyes are good now.
What if awakening Sharingan may make it worse? Why did she even awaken Sharingan?
"Mumma, nothing happened. Just Uncle Naruto came over and made me Ramen."
"Really?"
Sakura sighed in relief. But if only this happened, why did she awaken Sharingan?
