"Fancy some afternoon tea?" Shulin stood up. "I see you've been running around all morning."
Chen Cheng: "No kidding, I didn't even have time for lunch."
Shulin smiled lightly, "Why not grab something to eat upstairs?"
As they walked, Chen Cheng replied: "I'm in for a treat today. Back when I was at Yintong, I heard about CGG's afternoon tea—it's the most lavish in all of Financial Street."
Shulin looked back with a smile, "Then why didn't you come to work at CGG? Afternoon tea guarantees a full stomach."
"Wouldn't I then have to start a scandalous office romance?"
"Hahaha, you're something else!" Shulin reached for the doorknob, "So, you're that confident in yourself?"
"You've put all your chips on me, I definitely can't let you down."
The corners of Shulin's mouth curled up, "I'll be looking forward to it then."
The two entered the elevator, and Shulin swiped her card to go up.
