Yun Xi walked a few steps and settled herself across from Tang Rao.
"Still drinking this late, not sleeping?" Yun Xi asked softly, her cheeks flushed. Even without makeup, her skin looked tender enough to bubble.
"Yeah, just pondering over some things. Want to join me for a drink?" Tang Rao asked.
As the saying goes, taking a swig makes it easier to spring into action.
"Are you thinking that a bit of booze will make it easier to make your move? Can't your scummy brain think of anything decent?" Yun Xi seemed to see right through his thoughts, her face full of contempt.
Tang Rao also felt a bit awkward. They say a woman's sixth sense is incredibly strong, and it certainly wasn't unfounded.
She was able to sense things completely off the radar, and that was impressive.
"I think it's quite a good thing to ponder upon. If I don't think about such matters, wouldn't that be a great disservice to your beauty?" Tang Rao steered the conversation as he sipped his drink.
