'Waaah waaaah' Naruto cried as he was brought into the world, still unadjusted with the bright lights and the cold air, while giraffes were born walking, humans are born kicking and screaming in confusion.
Kushina however was still struggling,
"A second one, don't stop supporting the seal Minato"
"What do you mean a second one?" Minato said in frustration as he kept his hands on Kushina's seal, trying to contain the beast for her sake and for well... everyone else.
And so the stressful scene would repeat, 20 minutes later the new baby was born
"It's a boy" Byuwako called out as she pulled out the second baby, she would hold both the babies and walk toward Minato as he finishes stabilizing the seal.
"Alright let me see 'em" he'd hold out his hands but Byuwako would walk past him.
"The mother sees first" she said firmly.
"uh." Minato almost choked on his own throat, he was the strongest man in the village, being so easily dismissed by a nurse... his ego stung but he would hide his inner bewilderment.
The babies were handed to Kushina, one of them who was soon to be named Naruto with blonde hair, the other was indeed unique to say the least, a bigger side of his head had red hair and the rest of it blonde, Kushina was smiling weakly.
*Rewind*
Vector, a young boy who died at 16 after a long battle with an unknown disease (Note from Aurthor:Sorry I used one of the most overused basic past life description, but be grateful I didn't use Truck-Kun) he was in a throne room, standing before the creator himself as he observed a book.
"Says you got killed by an unknown disease, I'm feeling extra generous today, I'll send you to the world of your choice, yes it includes anime, games, shows and webnovels, you also get three requests and one wish"
Vector was partially expecting this, after being killed by the most basic amateur webnovel death, so he thought fast.
"I wish to be reborn as Naruto's twin brother, as for my requests, I would like the ability to manipulate negative energy and turn it into chakra, a voice in my head that gives me advice, and some kind of healing ability, as for my wish I want to have ALL my memories, except for the cringe ones."

Vector opened his mismatched blue eyes, one of them the same shade as Kushina's the other the same shade as Minato's, Kushina would speak weakly
"Naruto and Menma"
Byuwako would write the names on two birth certificates.
"A fish cake and a condoment? Might as well make their middle names Ketchup and Mustard" Despite the fact she was kidding, Minato would smile and say the names
"Naruto Ketchup Namikaze and Menma Mustard Namikaze, sounds perfect"
Byuwako would shake her head and silently apologize to the infants in her mind and write the names down, too exhausted to argue.
Then 'it' would happen, Obito's attack on the village.
