"S-see, nothing to be afraid of!"
"Y-yeah, nothing at all–!"
"It'd be easier to walk if you all weren't holding me y'know."
Dillon had climbed onto Dante's back as Baxter walked along the other side of him, holding onto the jacket as well. Mya let off a small smile as she held onto him, seemingly more comfortable from the support. Their walking continued until they reached the end of the cave, finding nothing to be there. A big sigh of relief left their mouths as the boys began to feel out the area, making sure it was good enough to make a base of operations.
"Dillon, the firewood!"
"R-right!"
He then placed the sticks in the center of a small mound of rocks that Baxter placed down previously. Baxter then looked to Dante, who was given a piece of old firewood. He gripped the piece of wood as his hand began to glow a bright orange. Igniting the piece of wood that he then threw onto the pile, causing the bright flame to light up the cold and dark cave.
"We now have a base! One that won't get us in trouble, and away from all the stinkin' adults!"
"Y-yeah!"
The two began to cheer as they danced around the fire happily, Mya who'd been scared of the cave seemed to smile as she watched them dance around in excitement. Dante gave her a small push on the back, causing her to move forward. She looked back to see him smiling softly at her.
"See, nothin' to worry about, now enjoy yourself and your new base!"
"O-okay!" She said happily as she joined in with the boys who continued to dance around the fire. She began to ridicule them as doing so was dangerous and could get them hurt. Dante wore a soft expression as he watched the three, feeling good that he was able to help her get over her fear of what she didn't know. He'd only hope that now, she'd be a bit more brave about her fears, like he was.
