Uncomfortable with being watched by Lucas, Haisley opened her eyes. "Sir is not resting?" she asked.
Lucas laid his body down, his hands now going under Haisley's neck making Haisley's body stiff. Lucas brought Haisley's body into his arms. Haisley could hear the sound of Lucas's heart beating just as fast as hers. "Get some sleep, because we have to entertain people tonight," Lucas said as he patted Haisley's shoulder.
Haisley tried to calm herself down. Her feelings were rewarded because in fact Lucas had a heartbeat rhythm that was no less noisy than hers. Slowly Haisley really entered into her dreamland. However, she faintly heard "sorry Luke" and finally fell into her dream.
