-Third-Person Perspective-
After the training session ended, Kael and Rainer sat inside a simple yet neatly arranged strategy room.
The room smelled of paper and ink, with several maps hanging on the walls and a large wooden table in the center—where they usually devised training strategies.
Outside, the recruits were resting—some still gasping for breath on the ground, while others were evaluating their mistakes with one another.
Meanwhile, inside the room, the two men began their discussion.
Kael leaned back in his chair, crossing his arms over his chest. "Their first training session was terrible, but that was expected."
Rainer, who was refilling his water pouch while standing, nodded in agreement. "They're thinking too much as individuals, not as a unit. It'll take time before they grasp the concept of teamwork we're trying to teach them."
