"Not really," Winter was quick to deny Sasha's words as he looked at Blue. "We were really good friends."
Blue was already shaking his head in disappointment as Winter tried to paint himself good.
"Winter, what do you mean? Good friends? Would good friends go on romantic dates and–"
"Calm down, babe," Beth swung her muscly arm over Sasha's shoulders as she spoke with a gentle tone.
"I… I don't know what to tell you, Sasha. I regard you as an old friend. Not as anything else. I'm sorry if you have any misconceptions about our relationship in the past." Winter said, gentlemanly.
Beth threw daggers his way with her eyes. Winter was really pushing it this time.
"You, shut the fuck up." Beth said to Winter, rudely. Then she turned to Blue and said, "Better watch out. This guy's a wolf in sheep's clothing."
