"I don't know who the hell you are, and I don't care," Ben turned around as he heard those words. "But nobody comes into my damn house and lives to tell about it."
The man seemed to regain his courage simply by holding a gun in his hand.
Something Ben found utterly hilarious.
"You think you can do anything to me with that?" His voice dripped with mockery and glee.
He'd learned that low-caliber bullets couldn't hurt him, so he didn't feel the slightest bit of fear.
*Bam! Bam! Bam!*
The man ignored his words and fired wildly.
Ben didn't even flinch at the shots.
*Urggh!*
But his body suddenly shuddered, and he spun around to see the girl behind him take one of the bullets.
The girl clutched her blood-soaked neck, lacking the strength to even let out a cry.
In a matter of seconds, the light faded from her eyes, and her tiny hands fell limp to the floor.
