"Mooncakes?" Qiao Minde had heard of this but he never tasted it. He didn't understand why people had to eat and handmake mooncakes on every autumn. Wasn't that troublesome?
"You never eaten mooncakes?!" Qin Zhuzhu was surprised. How did this man grow up then? Did he live in a cave?
"Never tasted it before," he replied.
"Then you are missing out! Mooncakes are so soft, round, delicious. They have various stuffings in them! You can choose what flavour you like. I love egg yolk and red bean mochi mooncakes!" Qin Zhuzhu checked her watch and saw that the time was late. "Why don't I make you some mooncakes and send them over to you?"
"Why would you do that?" Qiao Minde's face was devoid of any emotions as he spoke to the cheerful girl next to him.
"Well, I like making friends. Why don't we be friends?" She tilted her head to one side.
"Friends?" That word sounded foreign coming from his lips.
