Above the conference table, a water-blue planet was projected, over seventy percent of its surface covered by water, with deserts, forests, mountains, and ice fields also present. It rotated gently like it was spinning on its axis, exuding an overwhelming pressure with each turn.
"The seven councilmen and twenty-two councillors have all gathered."
A cold, emotionless voice came from the spinning planet above the conference table, and at the same time, a crack slowly opened, making it look like an eye.
"Planet Inspector."
The seven figures behind the conference table and the twenty-two figures surrounding them spoke simultaneously with respect.
