Leon watched as the Evil Wolf caught up, certain that the werewolf, now with blood-red eyes, had lost all sense of reason, driven entirely by a lust for killing.
He pondered for a moment whether to activate the Gathering Form and Scattering Energy; although its duration was not long, it was enough for him to get far away. Considering the uneven terrain of the Dark Territory, the Evil Wolf would take several times longer to catch up with him.
However, Leon quickly discarded the idea. It was one thing to leave behind the Evil Wolf and the Behir, leisurely heading off to the Dark Territory on his own, but to use the Gathering Form and Scattering Energy to flee from an uncontrolled werewolf was another matter... He was not afraid to face anyone.
