Leon had been in the desert for almost half a year since leaving the forest. Normally, he maintained his human form when in the Oasis City, and turned into his Dragon Form whenever he left, always traveling by flight.
Riding a camel was a rare occurrence, and he found it quite novel. As long as he didn't have to expend energy walking, he didn't mind the slow pace at all. He even took the opportunity to observe the different scenery and small animals hidden beneath the sand, which he wouldn't notice while soaring hundreds or thousands of meters in the air.
"That is a Cloud Sailing Snake, which usually lives in warm forests, though some subspecies prefer the scorching deserts. They are highly territorial and aggressive creatures; they wouldn't hesitate to attack you even if you transformed into a Red Dragon."
