When was the last time I won something?
With a rather ominous feeling, Ronald roughly recalled the last time he won something.
If he excluded the possibly-not-considered-winning event of transversing to another world, his last win seemed to be in a video blogger's comment section, where he snagged a free cola, six cans of it, with the blueberry flavor tasting quite good?
Following Ronald's foreboding premonition,
trouble came knocking.
In a full-house theater with at least a hundred people, Ronald, a regular spectator standing on the second floor, was actually singled out and became one of the five 'lucky ones'!
So, looking at the theater employee in front of him with a smile ready to lead him on stage, Ronald managed a polite yet awkward smile, his eyes sweeping over the faces of the surrounding audience before he spoke,
"In all honesty, I could let someone else have this opportunity."
"..."
The employee guiding Ronald paused, visibly taken aback.
