In a red flash, something heavy fell from the blue sky, and all of the dark fog was washed away. Shin gasped, his eyes opening wide, "Kimberly!" She was standing there, her foot jammed into the trunk of a charred treant. A large smile covered her face, and her eyes flashed red.
The large smile on Kimberly's face, as well as her whole body being on fire, was evident. She flew at a speed that almost no one could see, and soon all of the treants were on the ground as piles of embers. She landed beside Shin, stared him in the eye, and then sighed.
"Still alive? Well, at least Sacha won't eat me alive." She looked past him at the pixies and Arianell, "Who's the little bugs?"
