"Void Plague..." Michelle muttered as she swept her gaze over Mare's long and sleek snake body, coiled around the Void Obsidian. "But doesn't that infect someone if void gets stuck in or around their body? So if I pull the void out of her, she should be fine."
"No!" Alexander shook his head. His voice was still playful and carefree, but there was a hint of seriousness. "Void has an expansive tendency, so if even a speck of it enters her body, when you pull it out, it will leave behind some remnants which will expand and throw her into the same condition I was in."
Alexander's words made Michelle frown. "Well, that's troublesome..." she said with a sigh.
"Why don't you just proceed with the plan?" Alexander leaned against the cave wall, his black eyes fixated on Michelle. "In the end, you can always just cure her of Void Plague if she gets it. You were able to cure me, so curing Mare shouldn't be a problem."
