What does this mean?
In 1980, when the United States saw unrest in neighboring Cuba, they stirred things up and issued the "Cuban Special Law" allowing Cubans to freely immigrate to the United States.
Their initial idea was to drain Cuba of its elite.
The Cuban leaders weren't fools either and countered by pulling the rug out from under their feet.
As a result, due to its geographical proximity, unfortunate Florida was flooded with over 150,000 immigrants, most of whom were mentally ill, drug addicts, prostitutes, street thugs, and even hardened criminals from prisons.
When the United States realized something was amiss, it was already too late.
Cuba kept sending more people continuously by boat.
This was unacceptable!
The United States hastily had to take back the saliva they had spit out.
In short, the result was losing both the wife and the army.
Florida ended up bearing the brunt of it all.
Mental illnesses, as you know, are often hereditary.
