Wait. Lets have a recap of how we got here. Hi my name is Sung Jintang and I am a hunter. For the past four years me and my cousin have been E rank hunters trying to survive. Jinwoo's father vanished 10 years ago so it's just been us paying the bills while Jinwoo's sister goes to school. Jinwoo's mother is in a comatose state due to not being able to take the pressure of being surrounded by mana. During our most deadly mission everything changed. We entered a double dungeon with a whole team and almost the whole team died. Only 4 people including me and JInwoo survived. Me and JInwoo got a system which gave us many abilities related to a necromancer.
One day I was walking through the streets and I saw an empty training ground so I got my supplies and started training there. I then met Cha Hae In over there and turns out this was a gym/training ground she regularly visited. Eventually we met up often and became friends. Then we started dating around the time me and Jinwoo became miners. Eventually we were ranked S rank. We both beat the Palace of hell individually which gave us both a bottle of the elixir of life. About 2 weeks after that the Jeju island raid had began and then Me and Jinwoo decided not to go so we stayed at home watching the raid from our devices.
I was on the way home from the grocery store when I saw the news on the nearby TV. The raid was broadcasting and the hunters had slain the queen ant. I rushed to a nearby alley and summoned Wyvern, my dragon. Because I knew the fate that awaited these hunters
"Full speed to Jeju island" I commanded Wyvern.
Wyvern obeyed and flew at his top speed of 400 mph. Within minutes I arrived at the cave. I saw Choi Jong In's flame prison break and Wyvern dived in and followed the ants.
"Erect" I commanded very loudly. The command echoed throughout the island and the dead ants slain by the hunters arose from the very depths of the void of death. My shadow ants charged into battle like the gods of old used to, all of them full of power and motivation.
I camouflaged myself so the King couldn't detect me even though he knows I'm here.
BAM!
I arrived just in time to see that Hae In was banged against the wall by the King ant. I ran and caught her from behind as she hit the wall shielding her from the impact. As I caught my girlfriend I noticed she was unconscious. I gave her to Baek Yoonhoo and Jinwoo finally used shadow exchange and appeared before us.
"Look who finally showed up, you sure took your time." I said in an amused tone.
"Were you trying to look like an idiot?" I mockingly added
"No. I was trying to be a savior" Jinwoo replied
"You were too late, idiot" I shot back
He started handing out healing potions while I walked up to the ant. The ant asked me if I was the king in a very distorted and deep voice and I replied with "No I'm stronger than the king" The ant then punched me hard. Causing it to smoke. The punch was so hard that and A rank hunter would probably be dead within a second of impact.
"A mage shouldn't get so close" said Choi Jong In thinking I was dead or at least injured
As the smoke cleared I wasn't fazed at all. I spat a ball of blood and spit and punched the ant very hard. I used lightning magic to increase the damage I caused and the speed I moved at. I summoned my daggers and turned into a silver streak as I struck the ant damaging its exoskeleton a lot. Jinwoo joined me and we started bombarding the ant with attacks. Without uttering a single word we synced our moves slashing left and right. At this point the three of us were blurs of blue, silver, and red.
SHIING
I cut the ant in half horizontally.
""Erect/Arise"" I said causing the ant to turn into shadows. We saw a bunch of dead ants and did 'Erection/Arising' process on them. After that I commanded all ants to fight the enemies. I rushed over to Hae In's side and tried healing her but it didn't work. I rushed over to Min Byung Gu's body and summoned him. Mr. Baek tried to get me to disperse him after healing Hae In like in the original manga but I assigned Byung Gu to be Yoonhoo's personal healer/body guard.
After the raid I went in the aircraft with Hae In in my arms and waited for her to wake up.
