Angel dried her tears, and was rising to her feet when the door opened, and Nico together with Marxism walked into the room.
"Angel?" Nico called, going closer to her.
She turned around, and stared from him to Marxism.
"Hey," she said, trying to sound strong.
"Hey, are you okay?" Nico asked, looking closer into her eyes.
"I'm fine."
"You don't look fine. You look like you've been crying. Have you been crying? Who hurt you?" he asked, and she could tell he was ready to deal with whoever had made her cry.
"It could be so easy. You could just tell them what Vivian made you do, and they'll handle it," one voice in her head said.
"And risk never seeing your child again?" Another voice countered.
"Hey, I don't mean to interrupt, but I'm Marxism. One of Ares' closest friends. If anyone has hurt you, let me know. I hate seeing beautiful women cry."
Nico rolled his eyes, because it wasn't a Marxism sentence without him adding something very out of hand.
