Anna's eyes were locked on Scarlett and Lexie because they were her main targets in this war.
'I will kill Lexie first before dealing with Scarlett.'
There were three reasons why she chose Lexie as her first target.
First, Lexie was weaker than Scarlett.
Second, Scarlett and Ren wouldn't have been able to control their emotions if Lexie had died at the start, so winning the war would have been much easier.
And lastly, she wanted to see Ren suffer as quickly as possible, so Lexie was the perfect person for her first target.
"Bella, Lexie is our first target." Anna spoke abruptly.
Bella's gaze shifted to Lexie before finally answering, "Understood, leader."
"Nightshire City, you dared to defy a royal decree, kill a royal envoy, and disrespect your ruler. For these actions, His Majesty has ordered me to eliminate you, so prepare to face the consequences." General Ethan told them the reason why they came to their city.
"Fuck your king!"
