Declan had gotten away from Verdkamp, but he knew the midfielder was still behind him, running at his best but Declan still had time. He slowed down. then with One, two, three step overs and a flick to the side, he easily beat Rojas, skipping past him.
Rojas panicked as he spun around, making one last linge for the ball, but it was futile...
"Argghh!" Declan exaggerated the shout and grabbed his shin as Rojas made the contact, dropping to the floor and making a few rolls so it would seem realistic enough.
