Chapter 10 - April Fool's Special: Lost in the Darkness

It was just another normal day; peasants begging at every chance they got, street vendors selling grimy and practically inedible food, and customers and merchants struggling to compromise for a price on fake trinkets and jewelry. The world of the poor is quite sad yet interesting.

Then, all at once, everything went silent, like a calm before the storm. Suddenly, a loud boom erupted from afar. It looked to be an explosion caused by gunpowder with magic enhancements. Well, probably, I don't know much about magic, but I did get taught about it once when I had a tutor. I wasn't gifted in magic, but at least I'm strong and capable of other things.

Amidst the turmoil, I could see a beautiful young lady in an alleyway to my right. She wasn't panicked like the crowd scurrying like rats. In fact, she was as calm as she could be.

It was almost impossible to see her if she didn't have pink hair, albeit her pink hair was still of a darker shade. Her skin was milky and smooth which also helped in seeing her. It was all I could see of her. I kept my gaze on her and let the crowd pass by me. She felt my passionate gaze and turned to look at me.

She came out from the shadows, leaving something strange behind her. She wore inky black clothes that hugged her voluptuous figure. Her clothes accentuated every curve of her body, bringing justice to her naturally stimulating and very attractive body.

She had her chest spread wide like two faces trying to come out. From her hips, I could tell she gave birth to two children. Her lips were soft and huge, bulging like my erect penis. Gods, her body is so hot. She took off her mask and her face was meh. Not the best, but not the worst. She had slit eyes which in normal circumstances would make someone look instantly unattractive but it made her look even more foxy.

I know I should probably run, but I don't think there's going to be another explosion after that so I inched over closer to the alluring lady. "Hey, there, little vixen, wanna join me in the bed, I mean- the bar?"

Her soft lashes flickered, and her eyes finally opened. She had two beautiful emerald orbs that shone even in the dark. Her eyes darkened when she looked at me. Seems like she didn't like my statement. Even her walk was seductive.

Her soft, plump lips curved into a smile, "My, aren't you a little tease? Why aren't you joining the herd, little lamb?"

She had a naturally erotic voice. It was spicy yet arrogant. I don't like her tone. Also, how dare she refer to me as a "little lamb"? She should know her place and shut her mouth. I thought she was beautiful, such a shame. I guess it only takes one statement for someone to completely lose their value.

I don't particularly like being called pet or animal names. If I had to, I would prefer being called something like the mighty alpha wolf or strong and big bear. Not something as frail as a lamb. I just noticed she completely ignored my question. Someone really needs to teach her manners.

I eye her from head to toe and now that I look at her properly, she isn't all THAT. Her supposedly beautiful dark pink hair was cut short and she had muscles all around. Perhaps I was blinded by the explosion and didn't notice that what I thought was a stud was actually a dud.

I mean would you look at those muscles? Is she trying to be a man? If she's challenging me in that category, I could beat her no questions asked.

"You've been awfully quiet, are you alright?" She asks like she even cares in the first place.

I had a musky and woody scent (although I can't smell it right now since something awful-smelling is filling up my nostrils), a strong and masculine body, a dark and deep voice, and a sharp intellect.

And how could I forget my beautiful yellow eyes? My eyes are so dashing that any lady who has common sense would fall to their knees and suck my gigantic dick.

Ugh. Just what is that awful smell? Earlier, I could just ignore it, but the smell is getting progressively worse. If I had to guess, it came from behind her, and whatever she left behind. I looked to the left, behind her and there stood a silhouette of a man lying on the ground. I couldn't identify him because of the darkness but that's definitely a man lying on the floor.

She noticed me looking at the silhouette and forced my gaze toward her using her frightening strength. "You know him?" She sounds disappointed but why was she still smiling? I didn't know what to say so I kept quiet.

Her gaze was intense. It was like looking into a swirling vortex. She's crazy. Okay, I admit it. I probably couldn't beat her, at least for now since my mind is flooded with unnecessary thoughts.

One thing's for sure, I should run. I push her away and she surprisingly lets me go.

I run and run and run. I couldn't hear her running. Is she not chasing me? I wanted to look back but I felt a prick in my neck. Next thing I knew everything was black.

Did I pass out from running? No, that's impossible. It must've been the prick I felt on my neck. Did that bitch do this?

Suddenly a splash of cold water makes me open my beautiful yellow eyes. I woke up to a blinding light, and I was strapped onto an ailing chair. What the hell? I tried moving but the rope was too tight for me to even move an inch.

I settle for just looking around. While there was light directed at me, the whole room was in complete darkness. There were no windows nor doors from what I could tell. My eyes were still a bit heavy so I wasn't able to look around properly.

The shrew from earlier emerges out of the shadows again. "Good morning, handsome!"

"What in the devil's name is this, you tramp?!" I shout at her but it doesn't wipe the smile on her face. In fact, it doesn't even make her flinch.

She just smiles and even acts all coy. "Don't be like that to me, little lamb. You look really cute when you're angry, it makes this 'little vixen' want to gobble you up!"

Was that... A threat? Or was she just making fun of me because of earlier. Anyways, how am I supposed to get out of here? What if this whole room was made of steel? And even if it wasn't, I'm probably in the middle of nowhere.

She goes back into the shadows and talks to someone. I could've sworn there was no other person there. There weren't even footsteps to be heard. Are they using magic?

Her playful voice from earlier turned serious, "I caught a 'little lamb' during my commission. I don't know if he knows the target. Can I do what I want with him?" That does not sound good for me; surely she wouldn't kill me, right? Also, can she stop calling me that?

The other speaker says something, but it's practically inaudible. "Yes, he did." She replies.

She frowns at what the other person says. Or at least that's what it looks like. It's really hard to tell, especially if you have bad eyesight. Fortunately, for me, my eyesight is pretty good.

Now that I think of it. She could've lowered her voice or gone a bit further and not let me hear her conversation with what seemed to be her commissioner or boss. Is she mocking me?

She comes back out from the shadows and greets me with an almost mournful voice. "It seems like I need to exterminate you, little lamb. Do you have any final words?"

Is she really going to kill me? Just because? Am I really going to die like this? No. No. I can't. I must convince her not to kill me. I know! I'll use my charisma and looks. For now, I need time and delay my death.

"Can you grant my final wish?" I ask, looking at her with puppy eyes. Gods, this is so embarrassing. It's better than dying though.

"Sure, what's your final wish?" She asks, intrigued.

"C-could I go on a date with you?" I meekly ask. Fuck. My dignity. Dignity is nothing if I'm dead so I'll bear through it.

"Hmmm..." She puts her hand on her chin. Is she really thinking about it? It's just a simple date! If she doesn't agree then I need to think of another request.

"P-please?" I ask, looking away. This is so humiliating. I can't believe I have to BEG for a date.

"Awww. Fine, I'll give you a chance since you are just so adorable!" She claps both of her hands together smiling. Something tells me that I am NOT going to enjoy this.
