"Ultra man? You're good with words, aren't you?" Uchiha Tajima, standing inside his Susanoo, smiled as he heard a rare compliment from his nephew.
"Let me show you my prized possession!" With a flicker of his Sharingan, Tajima focused his chakra into his Susanoo. In the giant silver-gray figure's empty hand, a massive light shield began to form.
"What's that?" Uchiha Gin examined the giant shield with curiosity. Typically, Susanoo wielded a sword or a bow, or even threw shurikens. But a shield? That seemed a bit… defensive.
"This shield can absorb an enemy's attacks and, once fully charged, returns the damage twice over," Tajima explained, pointing to a small gauge on the shield, which left Gin looking both bewildered and amazed.
"No, this is awesome, not defensive at all!"
"In our last fight, this shield absorbed two of those kids' jutsus. See if there's any residual chakra," Tajima instructed, controlling his Susanoo's half-body to place the massive shield in front of Gin.
Standing before the towering shield, Gin placed a hand on it, activating his heightened sensory ability to search for traces of chakra.
Moments later, after a thorough scan, he opened his eyes, a subtle smile on his lips.
"Did you find anything?" Tajima frowned as Gin withdrew his hand, worried he'd given up too soon.
"Yes. Look," Gin replied, summoning two distinct chakra traces in his palm, which Tajima immediately recognized as those of the two Senju kids.
With their goal achieved, Tajima relaxed, withdrawing his chakra from his Susanoo, which promptly disintegrated into shimmering fragments.
"Alright…" Tajima rubbed his sore eyes, his vision blurred with fatigue, then staggered over to Gin, whose face was filled with excitement.
"Gin, what are you planning to do with this chakra? Frame someone?" Tajima speculated that Gin wanted to pin the Senju's chakra on someone to spark a conflict and push Uchiha Madara to unlock the Mangekyo.
"How basic!" Gin scoffed, rolling his eyes in response to his uncle's assumption. "If it were that easy, the results would hardly be impressive."
He channeled the collected chakra, activating a mimicry jutsu. Before Tajima's astonished gaze, Gin's form shifted into the familiar visage of a Senju figure, complete with imposing armor, broad eyebrows, and long hair, exuding a presence that was uncannily similar — no, even better — than the original.
"What an incredible transformation jutsu! Where did you learn this?" Tajima, a clan leader well-versed in ninjutsu, immediately recognized that this was no ordinary transformation technique.
Even his Sharingan couldn't detect any flaws in the disguise.
"Self-taught," Gin said, testing his new "skin," his hands moving fluidly. Satisfied, he turned to Tajima and asked, "Uncle, up for a test fight?"
"Not today. Another time, maybe."
"Come on, you fought this guy before, so you can guide me on his moves!" Gin's mischievous grin broke out as he urged Tajima into the fray.
Sighing, Tajima relented, activating his Sharingan as he prepared for a sparring match.
Their combat grew intense, chakra sparking as Gin activated his own unique energy.
As Tajima's punch connected with Gin, it triggered a powerful chakra explosion, sending Tajima flying through the air, landing several yards away with a heavy crash.
"Uncle! Why didn't you dodge?" Gin asked, bewildered, as he saw the massive dust cloud settling around Tajima.
"Cough… I was careless," Tajima replied, his voice firm as he stood, Susanoo reactivating to shield him once more.
"Back at it already? Are you sure your body can handle it?" Gin asked.
"I can fight all day!" Tajima retorted, his pride as clan leader unshakeable, though Gin sensed otherwise.
With a sigh, Gin prepared to face his uncle's charge once more. His mind raced, pondering how to balance his strength so as not to cause real harm.
Three minutes later…
"Mission complete: Host gained 1 heart energy."
Gin reverted to his original form, kneeling by his unconscious uncle to check his injuries, panic flashing through his eyes. "Uncle, wake up! It's me, Gin!"
Tajima slowly regained consciousness, his dazed gaze settling on Gin. "I… I saw a white old man with horns telling me I was late for a card game…"
Relieved, Gin whispered, "Must've been a dream. Let's not dwell on it."
"Gin, your strength has really grown," Tajima said with admiration as he sat up, his gaze mixed with both pride and a hint of worry.
"It's nothing compared to you, Uncle," Gin replied modestly.
"Don't be modest. You've surpassed the Senju's best jutsu by miles," Tajima murmured, looking at Gin with a new sense of resolve. "If Madara and Izuna are ever unable to lead, the future of the Uchiha will rest with you."
"Uh… that's a bit much, don't you think?"
"If the clan's future requires it, even you could be clan leader," Tajima insisted, his words carrying a somber weight that left Gin speechless.
"Uncle, let's not get ahead of ourselves. Just rest for now; I'll tell you a plan I have in mind."
As they walked, Gin enthusiastically detailed his latest scheme.
With elements of suspense, betrayal, revenge, and unexpected twists, Tajima listened intently, thoroughly entertained.
"I approve; now hurry and publish it!" Tajima laughed.
