A gust of cold wind blew, causing Owen to sneeze several times.
"That's odd," he muttered, looking up at the sky. "It's clearly summer, so why is it this cold?"
The sky was already filled with dark clouds.
He shifted his lounge chair under the canopy and pulled a thin blanket over himself.
The light summer rain, accompanied by the cool breeze, felt wonderful. Owen settled back into his chair, ready to nap for a little longer.
Meanwhile, White, the white rabbit, who had been sneaking around the garden munching on an apple, also glanced up at the sky.
"Who is that? How dare they fly over my and that stupid cat's territory? They must have a death wish!" he thought, suddenly grinning mischievously as he recalled the big guy in the cave.
There was going to be a good show.
If Owen had bothered to observe the clouds for a few more seconds, he would have noticed faint green lights flickering deep within them. Three figures could be vaguely seen within those lights.
