Another day has passed, and the weekend has arrived.
Abigail spent the weekend at home. Since marrying Sawyer, this is the first time he has left her alone. She was anxious that something terrible might have happened to his business. Still, Sawyer reassured her that there was no need to worry.
To keep Abigail company, Sawyer invited his mother and their two grandmothers to visit their home.
At first, Abigail doesn't think much of it, but later, she overhears their conversation.
Martha takes Hannah's hand and asks, "Are you sure she's not pregnant?"
Hannah smiled as she noticed her mother-in-law's excitement. "I guess not yet, Mother. A few weeks ago, I heard she still gets her period."
Sophie's concerned tone echoed in response to Hannah and Martha's conversation. "I think we need to ask Sawyer to hire an experienced lady's maid to help Abby with her needs. This way, we can keep track of her period and ensure she is getting healthy food and other necessities."
