Chapter 10 - The Library of Desire

As he exited the control room, Travis found himself in a corridor that seemed to defy reason. To his left was a jade bookshelf, each shelf laden with memory crystals that contained the wisdom of ancient cultivators. Some whispered secrets of hidden techniques, others sang the praises of lost legacies.

On the right, however, his gaze was drawn to a startling sight—an erotic pantheon. The statues, mostly of naked women, were frozen in various intimate poses, their bodies sculpted in timeless beauty. But these weren't mere representations of lust. They were visualization anchors—tools to enhance one's cultivation.

Travis's gaze lingered on one statue—a woman, her body arched in an impossible stretch, her fingers brushing her toes in a perfect curve. There was something in the pose, something about the alignment of her spine that made Travis's meridians hum. A technique. A method. He could almost feel it working within him, though he had never studied it before.

But there was something more waiting for him down the corridor.

---

At the end of the hall stood a single white jade bookshelf, gleaming softly in the dim light. Unlike the previous shelves, this one seemed almost… sacred. The memory jades it held weren't just precious; they were divine. Travis's heart quickened as he approached, his hand trembling slightly as it hovered over the first jade.

He skimmed through a few:

[Breaking Dawn Qi]: "For those who walk in sunlight's fury..."

[Flowing Light Yin Qi]: "Dance upon moonbeams, daughter of frost..."

[Yin-Yang Art]: "Two bodies, one soul, ascending as mirrors of the cosmos..."

Each jade was exquisite, a masterpiece of cultivation, but none resonated with the deep hum of his soul.

And then, his fingers brushed against something else—the [Primordial Origin Harmonization Essence Sutra].

The moment he touched it, an overwhelming wave of energy surged through him. His vision blurred, his mind exploded with sensations, and the words of the Sutra burned themselves into his consciousness.

Divinity. Pleasure. Power.

He felt the Divine Eros Faerie stir inside him—a recognition, a connection. This was not just a technique. This was his birthright. The path that had been laid out for him, all this time, was finally clear.

---

As the Sutra's words unfolded in his mind, they spoke of a path more powerful, more dangerous, and more profound than anything Travis had ever imagined:

"Mastery grants the resilience of nascent gods. At peak cultivation, even annihilation cannot erase you—so long as a single cell remembers desire, you will reconstitute."

"But heed this: Divine energy demands dual cultivation. Celestial unions accelerate progress. Abstinence stagnates the soul."

A sharp laugh escaped him, part disbelief, part exhilaration. "Lionheart, you sly dog."

But the truth of it echoed deeper within him. His ascension spirit—the Divine Eros Faerie—was not a coincidence. It was a key. A key to unlocking this divine path. To godhood.

Sex as sacrament.

Bodies as crucibles.

Ecstasy as ascension.

The statues, the intimate poses—suddenly, they made perfect sense. They weren't just art or imagery—they were training manuals. Tools for unlocking the divine energy that coursed through the universe.

And now, Travis understood: the Primordial Origin Harmonization Essence Sutra was his. This was the path he had been chosen for.

---

Travis closed his hand around the jade, the warmth of its energy coursing through him.

Other cultivators might choose techniques based on their affinities—fire, water, earth—but this was different. This was a divine path. A path that transcended elemental forces, a path that united the very duality of existence.

In his soul, he knew that this was the technique that matched him. It called to him on a level beyond reason.

With this technique, he would ascend to the realms of the divine, unlocking immortality, godhood, and unimaginable power. He would transcend the limits of his mortal form, refining his body and soul through the sacred act of dual cultivation.

It was a path fraught with temptation, but the rewards—immense, beyond mortal comprehension—were worth the price.

As Travis left the library, the Primordial Origin Harmonization Essence Sutra clutched tightly in his hand, he felt something shift inside him. His journey had only just begun. The palace, the technique, and the divine path were now his to claim.

This was the beginning of his transcendence.
