Chi Yue wouldn't let her go to the door, insisting on pulling her back into the room, and then called Fu Rongyin.
Shortly after hanging up the phone, Chi Yue heard Chu Shuo's voice.
She told Nan Bingyu to hide in the room and not to come out, changed into a set of pajamas herself, and pretended to have just woken up as she opened the door.
"Is there something you need?"
Chu Shuo said nonchalantly, "If you didn't come out, Master was going to have me find someone to pick the lock."
Chi Yue apologized embarrassingly, "Sorry, I went to bed too late last night, and he didn't wake me up when he left. Is there something you need?"
Chu Shuo spread his hands, "I'm here to make sure you're in and, incidentally, to scrounge some food, just not sure what he's here for."
Chi Yue turned to Xi Yihang, "Lawyer Xi, what brings you here?"
