Vlad quietly released the sword, his golden orb silently searching the surrounding, and as well, watching the hordes return to the shadows.
"... A Vast spell?.." he whispered to himself, eyes narrowing to the cause which had happened.
"... Or maybe deeper than that?.." he wondered.
The cause of the death of a Shadow, would be mainly linked to magic. A dark kind of magic, and the ability, its range... It won't possibly be wielded by a human, possibly a demon... Or a Devil.
Vlad knew this, clearly well. He knew the shadow actually spilled more than it should have, and the consequence for such act was clearly annotation, with erasure, which is better known as Death from existence.
However, what Vlad deemed thankful at this moment, would be the fact of knowing what was going on in the lands, and the abyss.
The Devil's Crest belongs to the King of Hell himself, and it being on Belladonna's neck, definitely threatened her stay in the Northern Kingdom.
