In the early morning, around 3:00 o'clock, a frustrated groan echoed inside the library. The place was slightly disorganized, as the books were no longer on the shelves.
Some were scattered across the tables, while others lay open on the floor. A few were even stacked into a small mountain, adding to the cluttered scene.
On the floor, using the books as his bed, a young man was lying there with a book covering his face. He lifted the book and began to read it again, the exhaustion clearly visible in his eyes.
Even though he did not need sleep, the sheer volume of reading took a toll on his mind. There were thousands of books, each filled with millions of words.
After finishing the book, he tossed it aside and stared up at the ceiling.
"What kind of requirement does this thing need, anyway? I've been doing everything for the past few hours, but not a single one was added," Alexander said with a tired sigh.
