I decided to add some numbers to it
100-1000 kids level
1001-10000 genin level
10001-40000 chunnin level
40001-100000 jonin level
1000001- 500000 elite jonin level
500001- 2500000 S-rank ninja
2500001- 5000000 kage level ninja
More than 10000000 – tailed beasts only
I will be multiple new and many jutsus from various fanfics of Naruto in this series along with the original jutsu.
Stat points will differ when host uses chakra /jutsu, stat are just base stats
Every jutsu will be decided learned when the MC can perform with hand seals and mastered when
MC can use it without hand seals and perfected when MC can use it however he wants for example:
Wind bullets can be used in hands instead of mouth if it is perfected.
