Xia Lu's right hand was injured; although her fingers were spared, even a slight movement caused a piercing pain, making it utterly impossible to type normally. Simply modifying a document took up an entire afternoon.
Finally, just before the end of work, she arrived at the sixtieth floor.
Seeing her enter, Zhou Mingchen looked up, "Didn't I tell you to rest at home these past couple of days?"
Xia Lu looked at him, "The new Fengguang Group website is finished. It needs your inspection."
Zhou Mingchen was somewhat surprised. The deadline he had originally set with Xia Lu was six months. Although he knew that this timeframe was overly generous even for a large website project, he had intentionally extended the deadline because Xia Lu was working alone and lacked experience. But as of today, it had barely been three months, if rounded to the nearest whole number.
