Hearing his words the man moved towards him and nodded his head and said, "Yes I am giving this place on lease since I am owner of this building."
These words brought a big smile on the face of Raj as the thing which he had seen earlier is happening right before him.
Without any delay Raj took out his card and showing it to the building owner he said, "Sir I would like to take this place. Name your price."
The straightforward down to the business attitude of Raj amazed the building owner and with that the building owner stated his price.
Raj immediately agreed with that price and so the building owner told him, "Since we have come to an agreement then come to my office we will complete the paperwork and then you can do whatever you want to do with this space."
With his smile Raj replied, "Thank you so much sir. I really appreciate it. Please lead the way and I will follow behind you."
Hearing his words the building owner has a smile on his face and then he moved towards the elevator with Raj following behind him.
Taking the elevator both of them came to the ground floor and from there the building owner took Raj to his office which is in the same ground floor.
After reaching inside the building owner gave Raj a seat while he looked for her the necessary papers to give the floor for lease.
After a few seconds the building owner found the papers and brought them before Raj and then giving the papers to Raj, he told to read them properly and sign them accordingly.
Taking the papers Raj started to read them and in just a few seconds he completely read the papers and after that he signed the papers and after him the building owner signed the papers as well.
After that Raj scanned the QR code of his card and gave his phone to the building owner to put his account number which the building owner completed and after that Raj took the phone and put the amount in it.
After paying the initial deposit and security fees Raj and the building owner shook their hands and then the building owner brought Raj back to the ninth floor and showed him the other half of the ninth floor which Raj has taken for lease.
While checking his share of space of the floor Raj visualized the cubicles, devices, other equipments and refreshment items that he will put in that place.
After showing everything the building owner asked Raj, "By the way what kind of office are you going to setup here ?"
With a smile Raj replied, "I am going open up my startup here. AI startup."
The building owner has no idea about the AI that Raj has said about but still he congratulated Raj and wished luck for his new venture.
Readily Raj accepted the wish from the building owner and then both of them shook hands as a sign of final meeting between them as the half of the floor is handed over to Raj.
And while both of them were shaking their hands, Amulya, Shekhar and Ravindra came out of their company.
As they came out the three of them saw Raj with the building owner which made them feel intrigued by that sight.
And at that same moment Amaya who is still beside Raj all of this time notified Raj about Amulya and her staffs looking at him.
After hearing this from Amaya, Raj looked at the three of them with a smile on his face and then he waved his hand and call them closer to him.
The three of them came closer to Raj and building owner and the three of them immediately greeted the building owner.
And after that Amulya asked Raj as to what he was doing here to which the building owner replied saying that Raj has leased the other half of the ninth floor which has been lying vacant for two days.
Taking the cue from the building owner, Raj continued and said, "I was actually looking for a place to open my own startup company. So when I saw this place being cleaned off earlier I had decided that I will take this place. So here I am leased this place and ready open my own company."
Amulya: "It's really nice."
Raj: "I know. Now we are neighbors. So I will trouble you sometimes if I need something."
Amulya: "I will be more than happy to help you with anything you will need."
Building owner: "It's so good to see the young people to get along with each other. Okay then I will take my leave now I have some other works to do."
With that the building owner left and once he has gone Raj became a little serious and told Amulya, "Actually Ms. Amulya I need some help from you."
Amulya: "Yes tell what I can do for ?"
With that Raj told her that he needs to buy things for his company to complete the set up and after hearing all of that Amulya said that she knows some places from where he get the things.
Those words of help from Amulya brought a smile on the face of Raj but it soon withered when Shekhar told that Amulya need to go now because they have some meetings with some of their clients.
Raj understood the urgency of their matter and said that he will figure out some ways to let everything settle down.
With that Amulya and her staff went away from that place and once they left using the elevator, Raj took out his phone and said, "Chetan you have heard what I need right ?"
Chetan: "Yes Master I have heard everything. And according to your orders I have found the exact correct people who can give all of those things."
Raj: "Very well. Then let's go and complete everything by today."
Amaya: "Won't you go back to that house of yours ?"
Raj: "Not now."
After saying that Raj and Amaya left that place after locking the main door of the other half of the ninth floor which was ready-made as a company office.
When Raj had asked the help from Amulya in what he needed for setting up his office it's all in reality was order for Chetan get the details about the things for him.
