ON THE OTHER hand, Calleous, who was the topic of concern, was clearly having his personal hard time. Not because he's facing any unfathomable enemy at hand, but because he was having a hard time reining in his own emotions.
It didn't help that his frustration simply made him more irritable. His normally placid exterior grew enraged; his brown eyes became dark black, and the nerves in the sclera surrounding the eyeballs showed through, turning the whiteness of the space around them somewhat red.
This is a sign that he was having an overdraft and naturally, the next thing that he'll suffer with was the sequelae.
He was fortunate that his anger and the aggravation of not being able to locate his brother kept the power in check. It would most likely not last long, though, for the longer he holds it in, the more dangerous it is eventually discharged in a single blow.
