When Ken and the Shadow Army reach the farthest corner of the Galaxy, they find the leader protected by a powerful defense system. Using his space-cutting sword, Ken destroys the defense system and turns into a shadow and secretly enters the leader's headquarters.
Ken spreads his Shadow Army throughout the Ship and orders everyone on the ship to enter his shadow, and he would kill them all when he commanded.
Ken enters the leader's room and begins to question him and finds out why he kidnapped Titania and Moriko. The leader kidnapped Ken's forces to recruit them into his own army.
When Ken hears this news, he angrily jumps on the leader's neck and corners him. "You knew how to find you and you were waiting for me. Why would you do such a thing?" Ken asked.
The leader replies, "I wanted to use your powers in my army. You shadows are stronger than the others and you could make my army even stronger."
When Ken hears the leader's answer, he becomes even more angry and decides to kill him. The leader understands Ken's anger and makes him an offer.
The leader tells him that Ken's family has been kidnapped and that he can bring them back. Ken longs to bring his family back, but he wants to ensure the leader's integrity. The leader gives Ken the location of where his family was kidnapped and offers to turn himself in if he agrees to bring them back.
Ken considers the leader's offer and eventually agrees to bring his family back. Ken finds his family in the location given by the leader and saves them. The leader follows Ken's offer and delivers them.
While Ken rejoices in the rescue of his family, he forgets the leader's promise to surrender. The leader takes advantage of Ken's forgetfulness and stabs him in the back.
Ken feels the leader's stab and his anger is at its peak. After the leader is stabbed, he incites his shadow army to attack the leader's entire army. The shadow army defeats the leader's army and Ken kills the leader with his own hands.
Ken resurrects the army he killed and turns them into his own army. He names his leaders Ryu and uses them as a symbol of rebirth. Ken returns to the destroyed City of Peace with his family along with his reborn army.
