The underground base of the Night Niche Gang is partly the abandoned sewer system of Xuanye City; it's a labyrinth of twists and turns, complete with inexplicable partitioning doors, and even illusion arrays that likely leave intruders walking in circles.
Along the way, An Jing has also killed a number of Night Niche Gang members who happened to bump into them, but the pleas for mercy before their deaths indicated that they didn't know where the main control room and the treasure room were located, information only the leaders were privy to.
Unfortunately, the leaders had all been killed by An Jing.
