Then, there was Stark, who Conrad didn't know what role he played in all of this.
But that didn't matter now since he was dead.
Still, one of the rules of this academy was that infighting between students was strictly forbidden.
Well in this case it was more like two students and one or two staff members. That must have been the loophole.
This was an assassination school after all. Perhaps stuff like students fighting the staff was the norm, but this seemed way too extreme.
Someone just died for Pete's sake!
He at least expected an instructor or someone to interject as this was getting way out of control.
Or was he missing something here?
And also, what was up with Rossette's crazy strength? How was one girl who looked like she was barely out of her teens so powerful?
