"Why do I feel so uneasy?" Arthur murmured to himself. He had been in this position for a full twelve years and had never felt this way before—uneasy, yes, very uneasy, always feeling as if something was going to happen during this transaction.
"Could it be because I have attachments now that I feel so uneasy?" Arthur touched his left chest, and Suxin's sweet face suddenly appeared in his mind.
"Xinxin..."
After stepping out of the study, Arthur slowly approached Suxin's room door, "Xinxin!"
"Xinxin! Open the door!"
He called several times, but no one answered. Checking the time, it was four-thirty in the afternoon, so he turned the doorknob, opened the door, and saw that the room was empty; there was no one inside.
