In the quiet basement, Ying Yue sat cross-legged, like an old monk meditating, resembling a Buddha. Surrounding him were large amounts of metals, ores, and the wreckage of a spaceship.

The green flame was Ying Yue's Life Nascent Pill Fire, which should now be called Life Nascent Fire. Although it was just a tiny wisp, its heat was astonishingly high.
In less than a minute under its searing heat, this piece of rare metal ore began to burn, emitting thick black smoke.
Soon after, only a fist-sized glob of pitch-black liquid remained, sparkling brilliantly.
