The falcon swept across the earth, over the retreating Prosen Army, across the blockade outside the capital, and through the gunfire-dense streets, crossing the Vistula River.
It flew above the ruins where the flames had not yet fully extinguished, proudly dancing amidst the hail of bullets.

Helman poked his head out and saw a falcon flash by.
"Isn't that the national bird of Kazarlia? Why is it here?" he muttered.
The guerrilla fighter beside him was a professor from Melania National University. Hearing Helman's mumbling, he looked up: "Falcons are distributed in our country too, and there's quite a number of them. Seeing a falcon now is a good omen, think about who the King of Kazarlia is now?"
Helman smiled: "Rocossov—saying it like that, it indeed is a good sign. Just fight for one more day, and Rocossov's forces will be here!"
Professor: "One day!"
He stood up, exposing half his body, and fired towards below.
