Amanda was somewhat surprised by Ybur's reaction but explained anyway, "We suspect that during the time Ruby was hysterical, she might have encountered the Lantern King, and that encounter seemed to have permanently distorted a part of her spirit... In any case, it's best not to let her come into contact with the power of the Phantom Pathway, it might trigger Ruby's hysteria."
Ybur exclaimed in horror, "Why didn't you say this earlier! Ruby is now pondering using the Lantern King's power to solve the problem!"
Amanda was silent.
With a touch of luck, Ybur asked, "Is it okay if Ruby contacts the Lantern King a bit? What could happen?"
"Not sure," Amanda calmly said, "First... stop her."
Cold sweats trickled down Ybur as he quickly sent his consciousness back only to see Ruby already set up a ritual to pray to the Lantern King. Ybur gasped in horror, "Ruby! Stop for a moment—Damn it!!"
