"If President Harding wants to hold a Cabinet meeting right now, he would be scratching his head!"
Andrew Mellon joked.
The big shots present almost encapsulated half of President Harding's cabinet members.
Donnie laughed and said, "In fact, President Harding called me last night to complain that I had lured away his cabinet!"
