In the Central Continent, members of the Xu family continued watching. Reports flowed in from communication crystals, relayed by shadow operatives and ally networks.
Inside a quiet war room, Yan Yuehua stood by a map table with a dozen flickering markers.
"They're leaving us alone for now," she said, tapping the Central region. "But only because they're focused elsewhere."
"They're spreading the fire," said Lin Yue. "Instead of pushing one flame forward, they've lit ten small ones across the map."
Xu Qianghua stepped into the room, arms crossed, his eyes focused. He looked tired—but satisfied.
"Good," he said. "That means they're scared of another loss here. We can use that."
"But the other continents are taking hits," Lin Yue added. "If they collapse, it won't matter how safe we are."
Xu Qianghua nodded.
"That's why we'll help."
Yan Yuehua looked over. "Are we sending support?"
